Trump restored 'Department of War' as an official secondary title

Trump signed Executive Order 14347 authorizing the Department of Defense, the defense secretary and subordinate officials to use secondary titles including 'Department of War' and 'Secretary of War.' The executive order did not permanently change the department's statutory name; that would require legislative action by Congress.
