Tariffs Struck Down

Tariffs struck down, then reborn

After the Supreme Court struck down his global tariffs, Trump announced a new tariff under another law

Trump criticized the ruling and, the same day, announced a new 10% global tariff using a different statutory authority while his administration pursued other legal routes for maintaining tariff pressure.
