Trump tries to curb voting before the midterms
Yesterday the Trump administration asked the Supreme Court (again) to allow the USPS to implement new restrictions on mail-in ballots. A federal Judge has already temporarily blocked the USPS from enforcing new mail-in voting requirements. Trump wants this to go in effect before mid-term voting because he is clearly worried a blue wave is coming and looks to try to stem voting as much as possible. Data has shown that democrats use mail-in voting more than republicans so this seems to be the motive behind his executive order.
