Just days before the so-called "Trump-A-Palooza" in Downtown Dallas, they are struggling to fill seats at the convention. They have introduced a public lottery with a chance of VIP treatment, and urging GOP operatives to give away passes to the event. They are also sending out SMS messages giving "free tickets". Party members have expressed "limited enthusiasm" for this midterm event. T
